Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy suresh is an Indian actor, born on the 17th of October 1992. Her movies are mostly produced in Tamil or Telugu however she is in some Malayalam ones. She was awarded an award called the National Film Award as Best Actress in 2018 because of her performance as actress Savitri which was in the Telugu movie Mahanati. There were three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. Also, she received the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy has the father of film producer G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began as a child actor at the beginning of 2000 and returned to films after studying fashion design. Her first big role as a lead actress in Geethaanjali (2013) in a Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Her first film outside of Malayalam was the romantic comedy Idhu Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. The movie did not perform well in the theater. Her first film, A. L. Vijay's love story Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015 alongside Vikram Prbhu. The film was not successful at the box-office. To fit in larger projects, she was forced to cancel films that she'd started working on. They include Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. Within a brief period she collaborated together with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor in Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush. Her Telugu debut had been scheduled as Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The movie's release was pushed back in the year 2015, and now is expected to take place after September of 2020. It'll have an entirely different name Janakitho Nenu. The film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja featuring the actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was the lead actress alongside Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan that premiered on 17 January 2017. Keerthy was in Tamil movie Paambhu Satai as well as Telugu film Nenu Local both in 2017.
